All our gyms host a friendly local team of highly trained professional personal trainers, offering a variety of specialist skills. They can help you understand your health, and provide nutritional advice and fitness plans tailored to you.
I’m a master personal trainer specialising in weight loss and strength training. I believe that getting fit and healthy should be simple and straight forward.
I’m a certified personal trainer, with Les Mills accreditation and qualifications in nutrition. I’m energic, and enjoy working with a range of clients, including beginners.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for more than 12 years, have a degree in Physical Education and specialise in sports performance enhancement.
