MIND & BODY
These low impact sessions are great for building core strength, increasing flexibility and improving your wellbeing. Classes include Pilates, Yoga and Body Balance.
Burn calories and improve your overall fitness with a high-energy workout. Our popular cardio classes include Step, Aerobics, HIIT and many more!
In all our gyms, you'll find modern spin studios, where you’ll cycle to motivating music whilst improving your cardio fitness and strengthening your legs and core.
Using a range of kit, including battle ropes, assault bikes and kettlebells, our functional sessions are designed to help you feel stronger and fitter.
SCULPT & TONE
Including targeted and full body exercises, shape and strengthen your muscles in one of these classes. They include Pump, Circuits, and Legs, Bums & Tums.

Featuring some of the world's best workouts, our female gyms offer additional virtual classes, by Les Mills®.
