YOUR PAYMENTS
When you join PureGym on a monthly membership, you’ll pay for your first month and a joining fee, when you register.
Each month thereafter, your monthly payments will be taken automatically - on the same date and from the same payment card - unless you decide to freeze or cancel your subscription.
Login to your Dashboard online or on the free PureGym app. Select “MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP” and click “PAYMENT METHOD.”
If you’d like to change the date of your automatic monthly payments, you’ll need to contact us at least 7 days before your next payment is due.
To change your payment card details, you’ll need to login to your Dashboard. Select “MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP” and click “PAYMENT METHOD.”
You’ll need to edit your payment card details at least 7 days before your next automatic payment is due, to take effect.
If your bank tells us that your automatic payment has failed, we’ll temporarily suspend your membership for 10 days, to give you time to pay your missed amount.
During that time, you won’t have access to your gym unless you make your missed payment online, for that month.
You can make your missed payment online by logging in to your Member’s Area. That will reactive your gym access instantly.
Alternatively, you must ensure that your payment card details are up-to-date and that you have sufficient funds. We’ll attempt to take the payment again, 10 days after your first missed payment.
If your bank tells us that your second automatic payment attempt fails, your PureGym membership will be automatically cancelled, the next day.
If this happens, and you want to continue to be a PureGym member, you’ll have to re-join.
If your membership has been cancelled and you’d like to re-join, you’ll need to contact us.
Simply visit your Dashboard by logging in, or download our free PureGym app.
We've made it really easy to freeze! Just follow these steps:
- Head to your Dashboard
- Select "YOUR PROFILE" and then "FREEZE OR CANCEL"
- Follow the instructions to freeze your membership.
You can freeze for up to 3 months within a 12 month period, for a small fee. The freeze will be applied from your payment date, so make sure it is added at least 10 working days before this date.
If you are a PLUS member, you can freeze for free!

If you decide that you’d like to end your PureGym monthly membership permanently, you can cancel at any time.
If you cancel your membership and decide later that you’d like to re-join, you won’t be entitled to your previous monthly price plan and will incur the latest monthly prices and joining fees (subject to change).

Monthly membership online cancellation service is available 24hours after joining up to 7days before the next deduction date.
