HYROX is a fitness race that combines 8 x 1km runs with eight functional workout stations. PureGym is excited to partner with HYROX to introduce two new classes across selected gyms in KSA. These HYROX classes are suitable for members of all fitness levels who want to improve their strength, speed, and endurance. these sessions are designed to be a fun and effective way to stay fit while learning the key exercises in a safe and structured environment.
Class Formats
HYROX Intro
A structured introductory session designed to familiarize participants with HYROX fundamentals. The class covers key movements, basic concepts, and training principles in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.

HYROX Strength & Conditioning
This class focuses on developing strength, power, conditioning, and functional fitness to support the progression of a well rounded hybrid athlete. Sessions are suitable for members actively preparing for a HYROX event as well as those seeking to improve overall strength and fitness levels.

How to Book A Class
For Members
HYROX classes can be booked by members through the PT Booking App. The class schedule is available on the PT Booking App.
For Non-Members
Non-members are required to subscribe to a PureGym membership in order to book HYROX classes. Once your membership is active, you can easily view the class schedule and secure your spot through the PT Booking app.
