Membership Options
We offer a range of membership types to suit everyone! Find out more here.
It’s a no contract monthly membership that gives you access to your chosen gym only, all its high quality facilities and classes, during its full opening hours.
It’s a no contract monthly membership with lots of added benefits, so you can:
- Bring a buddy to the gym with you up to 4 times a month
- Book classes 14 days in advance
- Freeze your membership for up to 3 months
- Understand your body better, with body composition analysis equipment
- Access other PureGym branches at the same price as yours
Simply choose PLUS when signing up, or upgrade an existing membership via your online Dashboard.
Our PLUS membership allows you to bring a buddy with you for free, up to four times a month. If you’d like to add this option when joining, select the PLUS membership, or upgrade using the free Puregym APP or get in touch with our team.
Log in to your Dashboard and follow the link to send details to your guest. They’ll then be able to use their PIN to book into classes and train with you in your home gym (for free up to four times a month).

Manage my Membership
Yes. Just log in to your Dashboard or the free PureGym app (using your email address and password) to update and change whatever you like. This includes freezing your membership, updating your address, making changes to your payment details, and more.
Yes, you’re free to pick and choose according to what suits your location best. You'll need to contact us to transfer to a different gym.
If the gym you're moving to is a different price to your current membership it will mean your next payment will be different (to account for the change being made mid-payment month).
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership through the free PureGym App (using your email address and password) or log in to your Dashboard on the website. you can also contact our member services team.
Log in to your Dashboard and follow the link to send details to your guest.
Your guest will then be able to use their unique password to book into classes and train with you, in your gym (for free up to four times a month).
Your guest will remain the same unless you change their details in your Dashboard.
We've made it really easy to freeze! Just follow these steps:
- Head to your Dashboard
- Select "YOUR PROFILE" and then "FREEZE OR CANCEL"
- Follow the instructions to freeze your membership.
You can freeze for up to 3 months within a 12 month period, for a small fee.
The freeze will be applied from your payment date, so make sure it is added at least 7 working days before this date.
If you are a PLUS member, you can freeze for free! You can also freeze through PureGym App

It's really easy to unfreeze your membership, just log in to your Dashboard and select the option to unfreeze. It's immediate, so you can go to the gym straight away once it's unfrozen.
Unfreezing before the original end date may mean there is a small charge added to your next payment (to cover your days in the gym for the rest of that month).
We're sorry to hear that you want to leave us.
To cancel your membership, kindly get in touch with our member services through the provided WhatsApp
- You need to do this no later than 2 working days before your next payment date to prevent that payment being taken.
- If you joined on a special offer and you cancel your membership, if you decide to re-join you will not be entitled to the original promotional offer.
- When you cancel, you will not receive any refunds and your joining fees will not be returned.

Paid In Full Memberships
We have fixed-term membership options available if you want to pay for your membership upfront.
They're single club access and fixed to the one gym you pick, there is up to 12-month memberships available as well! Head to https://ksa.puregymarabia.com/en-gb/join/ and pick the gym for you, then select the "FIXED TERM MEMBERSHIP" option - enter your personal details and continue through the process towards payment.
These are pre-paid memberships for a determined period of time (from 1 day to 12 months), and can be paid in full with any debit or credit card!
Our fixed term memberships are single club access membership, fixed to that one gym for the period of time purchased. This means the membership is not changeable.
If you're permanently moving to a different area, we'd be able to transfer your membership as a goodwill gesture so you can continue your fitness journey for the remainder of your membership, but there is no way for us to add additional access to these membership types. We're also only able to make this transfer change once.
Our fixed term memberships are single club access membership, fixed to that one gym for the period of time purchased. This means the membership is not changeable.

Our fixed term memberships run continuously until their end date, so we would be unable to apply a freeze to this membership type.
